THE ONE Physical Therapy Center is a specialized rehabilitation center in Amman, Jordan, dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based rehabilitation services for children, adults, and women. Founded by Dr. Sahar Al-Noubani, DPT, MSc, PT, a pediatric physical therapist and orthopedic rehabilitation specialist with more than 15 years of clinical experience, the center brings together a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists under one roof. We provide individualized assessment and treatment programs for children with neurological, developmental, orthopedic, and genetic conditions, as well as adults requiring orthopedic and functional rehabilitation. Our approach combines clinical expertise, advanced rehabilitation techniques, intensive multidisciplinary programs, and continuous assessment to develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient\’s needs and goals. Located in Amman, Jordan, THE ONE welcomes families from Jordan and abroad, offering coordinated rehabilitation programs for international patients seeking specialized care in a supportive, family-centered environment.

The center also introduced a global therapeutic technique, which is Dynamic Motor Intervention (DMI), to treat most cases of developmental delay in children. Cases of motor delay, including cases such as Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, delayed motor development, and hypotonia, benefit from the DMI technique. حالات الشلل الدماغي الناتجة عن نقص الأكسجين وأسباب أخرى.

حالات التأخر الحركي والتأخر النمائي.

إصابات الدماغ.

السنسنة المشقوقة (Spina Bifida).

اعتلالات العضلات (Myopathies).

صغر حجم الرأس (Microcephaly).

متلازمات واضطرابات وراثية مرتبطة بالتأخر الحركي.

كما يقدم المركز تقنية علاجية متقدمة ومعروفة عالميًا في مجال تأهيل الأطفال، وهي Dynamic Motor Intervention (DMI) – التدخل الحركي الديناميكي، والتي تُستخدم ضمن برامج التأهيل للأطفال الذين يعانون من التأخر الحركي والنمائي.

وقد يستفيد من تقنية DMI الأطفال الذين يعانون من حالات مثل متلازمة داون، والشلل الدماغي، والتأخر في التطور الحركي، ونقص التوتر العضلي (Hypotonia)، بالإضافة إلى بعض المتلازمات والاضطرابات الوراثية وغيرها من الحالات المصاحبة للتأخر الحركي.
